Orange juice dominates both aroma and flavor, and the use of kveik yeast adds an extra layer of fruitiness and citrus. The clove contributes with a hint of spice, and together with the sour lactic culture also adds a very dry palate. A strong and solid, yet light and fresh sour ale.
