Cryo is a tecnique to seperate hop oils from the leaf, allowing the hop to retain its unique flavour and aroma with less of the harsh bitterness. Keeping the same IPA recipe and changing only one ingredient, Cryo Single Hop series is our homage to hops. Born out of the loving relationship between Simcoe and Nugget came Mosaic. A great hop with loads of flavour from stonefruit and other tropical fruits like peach, mango and lime.
